Conference Room Facilities
There is a large multi-purpose room that can seat 100 people and a board room that can seat 16 people. To reserve one of the rooms please contact the Property Management Office at 4M.PMO@hines.com or 206-262-4100.
Hines places a high value on recycling and composting. We currently recycle paper, cardboard, plastic, aluminum and glass. Nearly all of our tenants participate in the building wide composting program.
Electric car charging stations
Fourth & Madison has four EV Charging Stations located on Level A of the parking garage. Tenants and visitors may request a charge of their electric vehicles by notifying a valet attendant.
Four Bicycle Lockers are available for rent at a rate of $15 per month. Contact the Parking Office at 206-774-4368 to reserve a locker.
WiFi System/Building Common Area
A free wireless internet connection is available for building tenants and visitors at Fourth & Madison in the following locations:

Fire Life Safety Training & Drills
- Fourth & Madison conducts monthly fire drills for the Bright Horizons Child Care Facility and annual fire drills for all other tenants.
- Floor Wardens and occupants are asked to complete the Life Safety Training Videos annually at http://clients.aksafetynet.com/9254th

On-site Management Office

Showers and lockers for the Fourth & Madison Fitness Center are located on the Fourth Floor on the South side of the lobby. Please contact the Property Management Office for membership information at 4M.PMO@hines.com or 206-262-4100.
Courtesy umbrellas are located at the Property Management Office for tenant use.

Mail / Delivery Service
The mailroom is located on level two. USPS delivers mail to the building's tenants and picks up outgoing mail daily. UPS and FedEx drop bins are also located in the mailroom.
Notary Public Service
Notary Public services may be available to building occupants at no charge. Contact the Property Management Office at 206-262-4100 to schedule an appointment.
Four levels of on-site underground parking are available at Fourth and Madison. Entrances to the garage are located off of both Madison Street and Marion Street, between 3rd and 4th Ave. Guests to Fourth and Madison will be directed to the complimentary valet service to enjoy an excellent parking experience. Garage hours of operation are 5:00am to 9:00pm Monday through Friday and 7:00am to 7:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. 7th Floor Patio
The 7th Floor Patio is a lush, green retreat from the city below. Tables and chairs are situated throughout the garden area, perfect for lunch on a beautiful day. A propane barbeque grill is available to rent for $100. Fuel is provided by the Property Management Office, however utensils are not - please plan to bring your own. Tenants must clean the grill after using to avoid additional fees. Please contact the Property Management Office at 206-262-4100 to reserve your company's next event.
Security is on site 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Full valet service is available on Garage Level A to accommodate visitor, childcare, and overflow parking. This service may include complimentary vacuuming and window washing.
